decent location, room size a letdown
small room poor cleaning
the hotel is in a good spot near the arsenale vaporetto stop making travel easy
the room i had was very small and felt a bit outdated the pictures online made it seem larger i also noticed the room cleaning wasn't as thorough as i expected teacups seemed to be rinsed in the bathroom rather than properly washed

adequate stay with minor issues
inadequate shower curtain limited water
the bathroom lacked proper ventilation it caused some discomfort after showering the shower curtain felt flimsy and inadequate water splashed easily onto the floor a small detail i found bothersome was the lack of complimentary water after the first day i expect better from a hotel in this category

serene lagoon views and kind staff
convenient location fine vista seamless transfer nice experience
The location near the arsenale vaporetto stop proved convenient. my superior double room lagoon view featured fine vistas. the staff arranged a seamless transfer for my departure. I felt so cared for. the overall atmosphere created a nice experience.
The elevator was a little slow at times. I waited a bit longer than i wanted to.

The breakfast selection included a good array of pastries and fresh fruit. I always found something amazing. the presentation was lovely, and the service was attentive. the dining area offered beautiful morning light too.

outdated furniture poor lighting
The room seemed a bit outdated. The walls could use some fresh paint and the furniture seemed worn. The lighting wasn't great either it. Honestly I found it hard to relax there.

I enjoyed the staff being very helpful. Luca made reservations for us even before our arrival. Our room provided fantastic views of the sea from the patio. I also thought the cappuccino at breakfast was the best i had on the trip.
the room was very small. it reminded me of a ship cabin. the curtains did not fully cover the window. the shower dripped all night

Breakfast had a variety of tasty items. Antonella always served with a good attitude. The selection of food was plentiful with options like fresh fruit and pastries available each morning.

the vaporetta stop, arsenale, is very close. the location is near a large park called giardini delle biennale. water taxi service is available in front of the building providing convenient transportation.

Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, and i slept soundly. The bathroom was spacious. It also included a shower head for easy showering.

This hotel is situated outside the busy area. It is only a ten minute walk to st mark's square. It has many restaurants and shops just around the corner to explore and enjoy.
